Skill Animations

Server-pushed cast animations - the AshenCore-Server bridge polls the catalog and pushes published files to online clients, so an animation tweak needs no modpack release. Upload the merged .animation.json exports from Assets/skill-animations (scripts/make_skill_bbmodel.py), then Publish.
